I got followed around by a personalized ad today similar to Criteo, Struq, AdSense etc. but unlike the others this didn’t have the little message explaining what it was, and providing an opt out.
I dug a little deeper and discovered it was delivered by teracent.net who Google aquired in 2009
Are Google going to start doing this with AdSense ads too and scrap the AdChoices option?
