Last week I bought a new lens for my old faithful Canon EOS350D
I didn’t want to spend too much so went for the Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II Lens
I was going in to Stratford for the Olympic torch relay so though I might as well pick one up from Jessops whilst I was there.
Before setting off though I checked the prices online to find Jessops were selling it at just under £250 where as you could get it from Amazon on guaranteed next day delivery for about £180
The crazy thing is, if you search for Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II Lens on Google you will see Jessops bidding on AdWords for a product they are selling at £70 more than their rivals.
How much longer can Jessops survive?
Update 12/07/202:
Jessops CEO Trevor Moore has resigned after three years in the job.
