More by person showing in Google results

Got a nice surprise when I saw my stats showing someone Googling Google Review Microdata SEO not only do I appear 1 and 2 but my listing is showing my review stars, my avatar, my name and also for the first time a link to More by Terry Simmonds

Clicking on the More by Terry Simmonds link bought up a great Google page showing my Google+ hovercard, a link to my Google+ Profile and other posts I have been making about using microdata for SEO.
