QYPE Terms and Conditions

In section 20 of the QYPE Premium Business Terms & Conditions it says;

20 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Business Terms and Conditions and any terms referred to in these Business Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us relating to their subject matter and supersede all previous understandings, agreements, negotiations and discussions between the you and us relating to such subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these Business Terms and Conditions.”

Does this mean that if a QYPE representative negotiates on behalf of QYPE and makes you any promises without providing a SEPARATE contract or terms of conditions everything the QYPE representative says is worthless and does not have to be honoured by QYPE?

Have you been sold a service by a QYPE representative that is contradictory to what the QYPE Premium Business Terms & Conditions say without being provided with separate terms and conditions?

If so, do you have the name of the QYPE representative who sold you the service?

If you feel you have been miss-sold a service by a QYPE representative who did not provide separate terms and conditions I suggest you get legal advice, show the legal team the QYPE terms and tell them the QYPE representative negotiated a deal with you without providing separate terms and conditions.

Please note: this applies to the terms and conditions for Qype Ltd (incorporated in England and Wales with number 5780425), whose registered office is at 17A Beckenham Grove, Bromley, Kent BR2 0JN

Comments are open if any QYPE representative would like to respond to this post.
