I’ve been a regular user of Rightmoveplaces for some months now, that’s not strictly true it should really say I’ve tried to be a regular use of Rightmoveplaces (anyone who has tried to use rightmove places will know what that means)
I’ve posted about Rightmoveplaces previously;
http://www.v1seo.co.uk/11/rightmoveplaces-website-will-it-ever-be-usable/
http://www.v1seo.co.uk/11/rightmoveplaces/
http://www.v1seo.co.uk/11/new-version-of-rightmoveplaces-from-rightmove/
Well it looks like Rightmoveplaces have done it again
Another upgrade (if that’s what you can call it) I think I would be more inclined to call it a fiasco.
I’ve said it before, how can a company that produces a website as good as Rightmove possibly produce a website as bad as Rightmoveplaces?
I dare say I will still blunder my way through the site, but will have to use a different browser though as it just doesn’t work in IE9, will have to get used to pages disappearing, will have to not be surprised that they change times on postings, delete comments, move me about to different home places, not give me an option of which photo they use, not allow me to edit posts, move my town to warwickshire-2, remove my town ratings, wait about 5 seconds for pages to load, have multiple pages for the same town (some with content, some without), etc., etc., etc.
One good thing, they have finally stopped hotlinking images, it was quite frightening the abuse they were opening themselves up to.
